I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Postpartum Support, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby. This pack includes a personalized consultation to discuss your birth experience and postpartum needs. -Assistance with basic newborn care and feeding. -Emotional support and guidance for you and your partner. -Help with household tasks and errands. -Education on postpartum recovery and self-care. -Referrals to resources and support groups. -Breastfeeding support and troubleshooting. -Infant sleep education and guidance. -Continued support and check-ins throughout the postpartum period.
