What is the role of a postnatal doula?

Let me give you a sense of the support you can expect:

• During this precious period, I provide both emotional and physical support to families, ensuring you feel well-cared for.

​

• I take care of infants, allowing mothers much-needed moments for rest, sleep, work, or any other activities they desire.

​

• When babies are content or peacefully asleep, I help with household tasks, such as light cleaning, laundry, and tidying up.

​

• I can cook meals for the family using the ingredients you already have at home.

​

• If you need assistance with errands or groceries, I'm here to help with your daily needs.

​

• Can help with organizing your home, decluttering and reorganizing.

​

In essence, I act as your supporter and assistant through the post-natal period.

​

My postnatal doula services start at £25 per hour, with a minimum session time of 3 hours.
